For Locals

Schedules are usually available from August each year. Hard copy versions are mailed to members, and are available for purchase ($2) from the Toodyay Visitor Centre. A digital version can be downloaded below.

Everyone is welcome to enter the various categories as long as you adhere to the various age limits or specific conditions.

No. There are manual entry forms available within the printed show schedule. It is preferred to enter online however we understand not everyone has access.

Please refer to the Show Schedule. Entries generally close one to two weeks prior to Show Day.

The time/s your exhibit can be delivered are listed in the Schedule. No late entries can be accepted. You must deliver your exhibit to the appropriate pavilion during the times specified.

For Visitors

The Show is conducted at the Toodyay Showgrounds, Toodyay Street, Toodyay WA 6566.

Toodyay is a town on the Avon River in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, 85 kilometres north-east of Perth. You can travel to Toodyay by car or train – https://www.toodyay.wa.gov.au/visit-toodyay/.

For Everyone

The Program is usually available from September each year. Hard copy versions are available from the Toodyay Visitor Centre or a digital version can be downloaded from this website – add link.

There is parking adjacent to the Showgrounds (Telegraph Rd and Toodyay St), or if you’re up for a short walk you can park in the townsite and stroll across the bridge (1km / 10 minute, mostly flat on footpaths).

$15 for adults and $5 for children (6 to 15) and concession holders.

Yes, there are EFTPOS facilities at the entry gate.

All pavilions at the show are wheelchair accessible. Disabled toilets are available and limited disabled parking spaces are available in the Showgrounds.

Yes, there are many and varied food and drink options available to purchase; this includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Yes. There is a water bubbler and bottle filling tap near the Youth Hall.

Due to the presence of livestock and to ensure the safety of all patrons, we regret that domestic animals (other than Assistance Dogs) are not permitted in the Showgrounds.
