2025 Entry Information
- For information please email the Equestrian Coordinator via toodyayshowhorses@gmail.com.
- All Equestrian Entries must be received by 5pm on the Wednesday before Show Day (either by email or in the post box).

Entry and payment Options
- Online Payment: Please deposit your entry fee to BSB: 633 000 Account: 110483609 with EQUESTRIAN ENTRY + your SURNAME and INITIAL as the reference. Save, or screenshot, your payment receipt. Email your completed entry form and proof of payment to toodyayshowhorses@gmail.com.
- Post: Please post your printed, completed entry form with cheque made payable to Toodyay Agricultural Society or proof of electronic payment to Tiff Paley, TAS Equestrian Entries, PO Box 1234, TOODYAY WA 6566.
- Note: Entries will only be accepted with a correctly completed entry form, entry fee payment / proof of payment, copies of any relevant horse registrations and a fully completed signed waiver form.
